Our items are delicately hand packed to ensure that they leave our studio in perfect condition and reach you in the same way. That´s why each order is wrapped in tissue to protect the item and prevent any creasing of costumes before it is boxed and wrapped again in brown paper before shipping. We allow you to make a choice of how you would like your order delivered to you and have simplified the selection of delivery below:

Costumes, Corsets and Accessories - Standard Delivery (5 Day Service) – £6.00 Per package

UK Priority (Next Day By 1.00pm) – From £9.00 per package

UK Customer Collection – £2.00 Per Package

If you live or work close to our premises, you may purchase and collect your order from us within our normal office opening hours of Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 5.00pm. To enable this option, during the checkout process select to deliver to a different delivery address to that of the cardholder and enter "CUSTOMER COLLECT" in each of the address fields, using our ST4 3EE postcode and selecting United Kingdom. This will give an additional shipping option of 'Customer Collect'.

'Customer Collect' orders are processed as a priority and your order will be picked, packed and sealed to allow you to simply visit our offices and collect. Please telephone Customer Services on 01782 328989 to confirm your order is ready before you arrive.

It is important to note that we do not have the facilities to try on any costume at our offices. This is a collection service only and any returns or exchanges will need to follow the correct procedure. We apologise, but no exceptions will be entertained.

Loss, Delay & Damaged Goods

Although Magic Mirror is responsible for shipping and making any claim for compensation for loss or delay on your behalf, any claim will be limited to the maximum compensation allowed by the shipping method you choose. In respect of any shipment, all goods leave us in appropriate packing material and in a non–damaged state. Magic Mirror Costumes themselves will not accept liability for any claim for non delivery of goods or items deemed Broken in Transit, though will happily claim compensation or replace goods where applicable via the appropriate carrier on your behalf.

Products ordered that are not available:

If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you.

Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact or a mobile number so we can text you with any issues.

Paypal Delivery

When ordering using Paypal please try and ensure that you are able to use a Confirmed address for delivery. While we will ship to Unconfirmed addresses we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect.

If an unconfirmed address is used we will try and contact you to ensure that the address is correct, although you will have received 2 emails, one from info@magic–mirror.co.uk and one from Paypal confirming that an order has been placed using your account.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered when the order is placed.
