Our items are carefully hand packed to ensure that they leave our studio in perfect condition and reach you in the same way.

Costumes, Corsets and Accessories - 48 hour Delivery (Parcel Force Service) – £9.75 Per package

UK Special Delivery (Next Day Before 5.00pm) – From £12.50 per package (may vary according to weight)

UK Customer Collection – £0.00

If you live or work close to our premises, you may purchase/hire and collect your order from us within our normal opening hours of Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 5.00pm and Saturday 11am to 4.00pm 

Saturday Delivery – From £25.00 Per Package

Loss, Delay & Damaged Goods

Although Magic Mirror is responsible for shipping and making any claim for compensation for loss or delay on your behalf, any claim will be limited to the maximum compensation allowed by the shipping method you choose. In respect of any shipment, all goods leave us in appropriate packing material and in a non–damaged state. Magic Mirror Costumes themselves will not accept liability for any claim for non delivery of goods or items deemed Broken in Transit, though will happily claim compensation or replace goods where applicable via the appropriate carrier on your behalf.

Products ordered that are not available:

If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you.

Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact or a mobile number so we can text you with any issues.

Paypal Delivery

When ordering using Paypal please try and ensure that you are able to use a Confirmed address for delivery. While we will ship to Unconfirmed addresses we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect.

If an unconfirmed address is used we will try and contact you to ensure that the address is correct, although you will have received 2 emails, one from info@magic–mirror.co.uk and one from Paypal confirming that an order has been placed using your account.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered when the order is placed.
